One of our very kind parents has set up a Christmas fundraising activity that we would like to share with you as funds raised will be given to our school.
This is a message from Mrs Oliver:
Every year I so happily support all local schools in my area by donating and raffling items for them. This year Zak & Macy asked if we could do something for our own school too!
These difficult times has seen many necessary changes at Newington in order for staff to keep almost 400 children safe! So we wanted to show our support and gratitude and hopefully help out in an albeit small way. ❤️
Therefore with the help of Susan Bryson, I am raffling these fillable wooden advent calendars!
I’m hoping as many of my fellow Newington parents and teacher friends will take some sheets to sell! Please!
Sheets have a total of £5 each on them and there are separate sheets for the tree and the presents. Entry is priced at £1 per tree or present.
Sheets are available from both me and Susan just drop either of us a message and we will both happily pop through your letterbox for you 😊 alternatively you can collect them from the box on my doorstep.
🎄The Christmas tree drawers hold up to 4/5 heroes so this would be ideal for a family advent!
🎁The Stack of Presents hold 1 (poss 2) heroes behind each door but no.24 holds a whole chocolate orange to share on Christmas Eve.
Of course, I will myself be selling sheets, if any other friends and family would like support me and buy some to be in with the chance of winning, I would be very grateful. I can take payment via PayPal, bank transfer or just cash in an envelope through my door.
All sheets and money must be handed back into me before Wednesday 18th of November to be entered in the draw. Winners will be announced Friday 20th in order for you to receive and fill them before the 1st December.
