Pupil Council
This year, children from each class voted for a representative for our 'new' pupil council to have a 'voice' about things they would like to see happen within our school. They meet every 3 weeks with Mrs Carter (DHT).

42 Crew - Rights Respecting School Award
The 42 Crew is our school's Rights Respecting Team. We meet every 3 weeks, and work with the pupil council, to ensure children's rights are promoted and respected at Newington. The 42 Crew aim to make positive changes in our school and community. We are named after the 42 articles in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
